*Please note that the time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Free Shipping Available over $75 or equivalent. 
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, Country, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Here are shipping rates;- 

1. Free Standard Shipping for orders over $75 
2. Standard Shipping($5.00) 6-12 working days
3. Expedited Shipping($6.00) 4-9 working days
4. Urgent Shipping - DHL($27.00) 2-7 working days
5. Urgent Shipping - Fedex($26.00) 2-7 working days

4. Order Tracking:

• We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Destinations:

• We ship internationally and to most countries in the world.

6. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders):

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

9. Address Accuracy:

• It is crucial that you provide accurate shipping information. We will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
• When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require refund, please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee for the personalized items.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other incidents that may impact shipping carriers.
